Triage invoices When a project transfers to Triage, the invoice still routes to your branch. You remain the financial point of contact regardless of who is working the project operationally.

Need to forward a cert or invoice
Go to the resend queue or the project detail
Select the document (cert or invoice)
Choose recipient from the approved dropdown list
Document emailed to selected recipient
Resend logged to audit trail (who, what, to whom, when)
Approved recipients only: You select from a pre-configured list of approved email addresses (dSilo, corporate AP, etc.). This is not a free-form email field — the list is managed by UP.
