Triage invoices
When a project transfers to Triage, the invoice still routes to your branch. You remain the financial point of contact regardless of who is working the project operationally.

Approved recipients only: You select from a pre-configured list of approved email addresses (dSilo, corporate AP, etc.). This is not a free-form email field — the list is managed by UP.

Scope
You see all projects for your branch — including those that have transferred to the Triage Team. Your visibility never expires.
06
When a project hits 45 days since inspection, it transfers to the JES/Groundworks Triage Team. Here is how that affects you:
| What Changes | What Stays the Same |
|---|---|
| Scheduler & Sched. Asst. lose access | You retain full visibility |
| Triage Team takes over operations | Invoices still route to your branch |
| Only Triage can act on the project | You can still view, download, print, and resend certs & invoices |
Triage Counts on Your Dashboard
- In: Projects transferred to Triage (daily · monthly · yearly)
- Out: Projects Triage closed out — certified + invoiced (daily · monthly · yearly)
Why this matters
These counts give you visibility into how many of your branch’s jobs are aging out and how effectively the Triage team is clearing the backlog.
