00 The 10 Golden Rules
  1. Verify ABSoW matches PSoW. Count every installed unit. Flag discrepancies immediately.
  2. Photograph EVERY unit. Minimum 2 photos per installed unit unless otherwise noted. Wide + close-up.
  3. Include a reference object (tape measure, level, hand) for scale in at least one photo per product type.
  4. Capture labels and markings. Manufacturer stamps, model numbers, batch/lot IDs. If visible, photograph it.
  5. Measure spacing. Any product with "FT o.c." or "IN o.c." — tape measure between units, photo the tape.
  6. Shoot wide context first. Before close-ups, get a wide shot showing the overall installation area and its relation to the structure.
  7. Drive logs are MANDATORY for piers. Push, helical, and slab piers require drive logs — handwritten or digital. Cert will not generate without them.
  8. Clean lens, good lighting. Flash in crawlspaces. No blurry shots. Re-take if you can't read labels in the photo.
  9. Note deficiencies. Missing hardware, improper installation, structural concerns — document with photos AND written notes.
  10. Upload same day. Photos and logs submitted within 6 hours of site visit. Escalation triggers at T+6hr, T+24hr, T+48hr.
