Push Pier Installation — All 8 push pier(s) were verified installed to the specified depth with final readings within manufacturer acceptance criteria. Average final PSI of 5,476 exceeds the 4,500 PSI threshold.
Wall Anchor Installation — All 4 wall anchor(s) were verified installed with rod extensions to the exterior earth plate. Final tension readings at each anchor exceeded the 2,500 lb minimum.
Carbon Fiber Reinforcement — All 6 CFRP strap(s) were verified bonded to the foundation wall surface with full epoxy coverage. No delamination or voids observed.
Adjustable Column Installation — All 3 adjustable column(s) were verified installed with proper bearing at top and bottom connections and adjusted to specified height.
Backfill Verification — Excavation areas backfilled with compacted fill material. Grade restoration verified at all pier and anchor locations.
General Condition — All system components appear to be in satisfactory condition at the time of inspection.
